Hi The treatment in the session was excellent. However the links sent were confusing. Further when I emailed to have this clarified my email was (and to date has been) ignored. I feel this is poor service. – Most importantly, do you have any constructive feedback or rave reviews for us?

    Thanks for taking the time to give feedback J. We've looked into why you hadn't received a reply to your question, and it seems an out of office wasn't set up before your physio went away on holiday. We've updated our processes so it doesn't happen again. As you know we try and provide the highest level of care in London, and given we fell below your expectations on this occasion, you won't be charged for your next session with us. In the meantime if you have any further questions please let us know.
